Food was great. Food took forever ( waiter stated the printer went down and there was another big group there as well) to come out. Some ppl in our group got the wrong Food and some food didn't come until everyone was done eating. ( the Mgr did give them the meal for free).
I made a reservation a month ago for 20 people. Called the day before to remind them we would have 20 people. Got there early so they once again would know about the party of 20. Walked in, they seemed a little surprised. Everything went downhill after that. It was extremely hot in there, 3 different people in our group including a plain cheese pizza for a child was forgotten. Took an hour for the food to come out. I understand it was a large party, but I called plenty of times to make sure that it would be successful. This has always been one of my favorite places in Louisville and I was excited to let my closest friends and family know about a place like this and celebrate my daughter going off to college. Definitely not a place for a Big party. Upsetting and frustrating that 3 of my guests never got to eat with us because their food was forgotten. Manager didn’t even come out to talk to us. I had to ask for him. The waitress kept apologizing, I told her it wasn’t her fault and didn’t take away from her because of the kitchens mistakes.
Tuscany? More like.. restaurant after my heart. There's nothing I love more than their Catalina Florentine. I could wake up one day find myself MADE of the stuff and I would be completely fine with it. Service was slow to seat us (busy dinner time, but we waited up there almost 10 minutes) but I'm giving 5 stars still because that's what we do in the world for people who hustle as best they can and make amazing food.
Good quiet place to enjoy that great 5 star experience. Photos will come later but this place DEFINITELY is amazing an they have a whole lot of different kinds of food to choose from. From hot subs to pizzas to baked pasta dishes as well as serving up lamb. Def have to check this place out for sure
